How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Each one runs its own business, sets its own prices and decides its own schedule. Nareceiving Tree Service makes the introduction and steps back.
There are no staff profiles here because the people doing your job are the provider's. That is the person to ask your questions.
What happens on the call
Expect a short chat. The provider will likely ask:
- where the tree is and how big it is
- whether it is near a roof, fence or wires
- whether it has already fallen or is still standing
- if you also want the stump ground
Photos help. Many providers want to see the tree before they quote.
What to ask a provider
A few questions clear up most worries:
- Can I have the quote in writing?
- Are you insured, and can I see proof?
- Does the price include hauling away the wood and debris?
- How will you protect my roof, yard and fence?
- Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
What a good answer sounds like
A solid provider answers plainly and does not rush you. They explain the plan, put the price on paper and welcome questions.
Watch for red flags. Be careful if someone asks for full payment upfront, shows up unasked after a storm, pushes you to decide on the spot or cannot show insurance. Pressure is a sign to pause.
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes, ask for another opinion or walk away. Typical U.S. prices vary a lot by tree size, access and condition, so always get a written quote.
